Function createScraper

createScraper(options: ScraperOptions): IScraper<ScraperCredentials>
Create a scraper instance for the given company. Routes to Pipeline if usePipeline is true and bank is migrated.
Parameters
- options: ScraperOptions
  Scraper configuration including company ID and credentials.
Returns IScraper<ScraperCredentials>
A scraper instance ready to scrape transactions.
