applies

• applies(config: INotificationConfig): boolean

  Predicate that decides whether this factory should produce a notifier for the given notification config.

  Parameters

  • config: INotificationConfig

    The full INotificationConfig block.

  Returns boolean

  True if this channel's sub-block is present in the config.

create

• create(config: INotificationConfig): INotifier

  Constructs the concrete INotifier for this channel. Only called when INotifierFactory.applies returns true.

  Parameters

  • config: INotificationConfig

    The full INotificationConfig block.

  Returns INotifier

  A fully constructed INotifier ready to send messages.

describe

• describe(config: INotificationConfig): string

  Human-readable log line emitted after the notifier is registered.

  Parameters

  • config: INotificationConfig

    The same config passed to INotifierFactory.create.

  Returns string

  A short user-facing message (e.g. "📱 Telegram notifications enabled").
