Function default

default(fileSystem: IFileSystem, names: default): Procedure<ISweepReport>
Removes every expired or abandoned OTP file in the directory.
Parameters
- fileSystem: IFileSystem
  Injected filesystem access.
- names: default
  The OTP file names under the configured path.
Returns Procedure<ISweepReport>
How many were removed, or why the directory could not be listed.
