default(api: IReceiptActualApi, merchant?: string): Promise<false | IPayeeMatch>
Finds the most-recent account/category previously used for the merchant.
Parameters
- api: IReceiptActualApi
  The connected Actual Budget API.
- Optionalmerchant: string
  Merchant name extracted from the receipt OCR.
Returns Promise<false | IPayeeMatch>
Named match data, or false when no match is found.
