createJob(bankName: string, batchId: string, source: ImportSource): IImportJob
Creates an IImportJob for one bank.
Parameters
- bankName: string
  The bank to import.
- batchId: string
  The batch this job belongs to.
- source: ImportSource
  The source that triggered the import.
Returns IImportJob
A new IImportJob instance.
