default(password: string): ITokenRecordCipher
Chooses the token cipher for the config password.
Parameters
- password: string
  Config password; empty when none is set.
Returns ITokenRecordCipher
PLAINTEXT_TOKEN_CIPHER for an empty password, otherwise a cipher that seals every record under it.
