Parameters

  Account key, login, store, logger and refusals for this attempt.

  The entry as configured.
- retriever: IOptionalOtpRetriever
  The attempt's OTP retriever, when it can ask for an SMS code.
Returns AttemptLogin
Provider credentials for this attempt, and the watch on their token.
