Tells whether a structured field's name marks its value as a secret.
Uses the same keys, read the same way, as the text masker, so a logged
`{ authToken }` is hidden whenever `authToken=...` in a message would be.
A mark inside a key reads as nothing, so `idTok\u200een` is a secret, and
one before a key starts a word, so `two\u200eauth` is one too.
