checkActualBudget(config: IImporterConfig): Promise<IValidationResult>
Verifies that the configured budget exists on the Actual Budget server.
Parameters
- config: IImporterConfig
  The IImporterConfig with server credentials and budget syncId.
Returns Promise<IValidationResult>
A IValidationResult indicating whether the budget was found.
