Function buildEncryptedPayload

buildEncryptedPayload(buffers: IEncryptedBuffers): IEncryptedConfig
Converts raw encryption buffers into a base64-encoded IEncryptedConfig object.
Parameters
- buffers: IEncryptedBuffers
  Object containing salt, initVector, tag, and ciphertext buffers.
Returns IEncryptedConfig
Serialisable IEncryptedConfig with all fields base64-encoded.
