scrape(scrapeOpts: IBankScrapeStrategyOpts): Promise<Procedure<IRawScrape>>
Performs a live scrape. After INVALID_OTP, a browser bank gets one more attempt with a new code; an API-direct bank does not.
Parameters
- scrapeOpts: IBankScrapeStrategyOpts
  Inputs from the BankScraper coordinator.
Returns Promise<Procedure<IRawScrape>>
Procedure success with the raw scrape, including attemptCount.
